{"id":8635,"date":"2021-04-28T17:30:29","date_gmt":"2021-04-28T17:30:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rmff.org\/?p=8635"},"modified":"2025-12-05T18:43:22","modified_gmt":"2025-12-05T18:43:22","slug":"leadership-development-improves-school-culture-and-student-success","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/rmff.org\/ko\/2021\/04\/leadership-development-improves-school-culture-and-student-success\/","title":{"rendered":"Leadership Development Improves School Culture and Student Success"},"content":{"rendered":"<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"8635\" class=\"elementor elementor-8635\" data-elementor-post-type=\"post\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-51e46c91 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"51e46c91\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4986f3ec elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4986f3ec\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.educationnext.org\/school-leaders-matter\/#:~:text=Our%20results%20indicate%20that%20highly,achievement%20by%20the%20same%20amount.&amp;text=This%20is%20especially%20true%20in%20schools%20serving%20disadvantaged%20students.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Research<\/a>\u00a0suggests\u00a0highly effective principals\u00a0raise\u00a0the achievement of a typical student by 2-7 months of learning in a single school year,\u00a0and\u00a0ineffective principals\u00a0decrease\u00a0achievement by the same amount.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>That\u2019s\u00a0why\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.themindtrust.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The Mind Trust<\/a>,\u00a0a\u00a0nonprofit\u00a0expanding access to\u00a0high-quality schools for\u00a0Indianapolis students,\u00a0partnered with the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.relay.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Relay Graduate School of Education<\/a>\u00a0to\u00a0sponsor\u00a0Relay\u2019s\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.relay.edu\/programs\/national-principal-academy-fellowship-npaf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">National Principal Academy Fellowship<\/a>\u00a0(NPAF).\u00a0To date, the Richard M.
