Catapult Indiana<\/a>\u00a0is a 160-hour paid training program that teaches participants about advanced manufacturing and logistics through classroom work and hands-on experience. An initiative of\u00a0Conexus Indiana<\/a>, Catapult gives students the skills they need to succeed in this fast-growing field.\u00a0<\/p>\n

To launch Catapult Indiana, the Fairbanks Foundation awarded<\/a>\u00a0two grants to Central Indiana Corporate Partnership (CICP<\/a>) Foundation totaling more than $750,000. The grants allowed Conexus Indiana to develop a statewide model for the program and to implement a Catapult site in Marion County. As of November 2023, 336 students have participated in Catapult in Marion County. Statewide, 90% of the program\u2019s graduates receive at least one job offer and report average wage growth of 40%.<\/p>\n<\/figure>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
