Die Mitglieder der Koalition schlossen sich 2023 zusammen, um einen neuen Weg f\u00fcr Hoosiers zu schaffen, um Zugang zu beruflicher Aus- und Weiterbildung zu erhalten, der nun als <a href=\"https:\/\/indianacap.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"s1\">Indiana Career Apprenticeship Pathway <\/span><\/a>(INCAP). iLab Indiana wird von der Fairbanks Foundation geleitet und finanziert, die seit 2016 mehr als $25 Millionen an Zusch\u00fcssen f\u00fcr die Jugendausbildung und INCAP vergeben hat.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Mit dem iLab soll sichergestellt werden, dass bis 2034 das System zur F\u00f6rderung von Bildung und Besch\u00e4ftigung in Indiana jedem Sch\u00fcler und erwachsenen Lernenden Zugang zu hochwertigen Bildungs- und Ausbildungsm\u00f6glichkeiten bietet. haben, in ein h\u00f6herwertiges INCAP-Programm einsteigen oder auf den traditionellen Hochschulweg wechseln k\u00f6nnen, wenn sie bestimmte Anforderungen data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p2\">Vom Start des iLab im Dezember 2023 bis August 2024 tagten die iLab-Aussch\u00fcsse und lieferten Beitr\u00e4ge zu dem, was schlie\u00dflich der strategische Plan des iLab werden sollte. Dieser wurde im September 2024 ver\u00f6ffentlicht. <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/iLab-Strategic-Plan-Full-Report-2.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"s1\">strategisch <\/span><span class=\"s1\">Plan<\/span><\/a> die Weichen f\u00fcr die Umsetzung von INCAP zu stellen.<\/p><p class=\"p2\">Im November 2025 ver\u00f6ffentlichte das iLab <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/RMFF-2025-Strategic-Plan-Design_Digital_FINAL.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">eine Aktualisierung<\/a> zu ihrem Strategieplan, in dem die Fortschritte bei der Umsetzung der vier im Strategieplan festgelegten Priorit\u00e4ten dargelegt werden:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-15e3a21 elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"15e3a21\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong data-wp-editing=\"1\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-18660\" style=\"max-width: 150px;\" src=\"https:\/\/rmff.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Establish-ITAs.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"120\" height=\"120\" \/>Gr\u00fcndung von Talentverb\u00e4nden der Industrie:<\/strong> Mit finanzieller Unterst\u00fctzung der Fairbanks Foundation sind nun sechs ITAs aktiv und rekrutieren Arbeitgeber, die bei der Ermittlung von Berufen und der Gestaltung relevanter INCAP-Bildungs- und Ausbildungsprogramme helfen: Moderne Fertigung und Logistik, Bankwesen, Bauwesen, Gesundheitswesen, Informationstechnologie (IT) und Biowissenschaften.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2decd8e elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2decd8e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-18659\" style=\"max-width: 150px;\" src=\"https:\/\/rmff.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Progressing-up-and-across-pathways.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"129\" height=\"129\" \/>Einrichtung von Mechanismen f\u00fcr den Aufstieg und den Wechsel zwischen den Bildungsg\u00e4ngen:<\/strong> Um das Bildungsministerium von Indiana bei der Ausarbeitung eines landesweiten Qualifikationsrahmens zu unterst\u00fctzen, hat iLab Indiana einen Entwurf f\u00fcr einen Indiana-Qualifikationsrahmen (IQF) entwickelt und ver\u00f6ffentlicht, zusammen mit einem empfohlenen Verfahren zur Anerkennung von INCAP- und akademischen Studieng\u00e4ngen sowie anderen Berufsausbildungen. It is designed to align degrees and credentials earned through INCAP and academic programs, enabling recognition of these qualifications by both higher education and employers. As a result, students will be able to transition more easily between the INCAP and college pathways because they will receive credit for the education and training they completed in the workplace.<\/p><p>In December 2025, the iLab launched a Request for Proposals to solicit proposals from organizations interested in serving as the Indiana Qualifications Advisory Panel for the IQF. \u00a0<\/p><p>In March 2026, the Fairbanks Foundation awarded <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jff.org\/\">Jobs for the Future<\/a> $500,000 over two years to serve as the Indiana Qualifications Advisory Panel.
