INCAP programs combine classroom learning with paid on-the-job training to prepare high schoolers and adults for careers while simultaneously developing a new talent pipeline for Hoosier employers. INCAP offers two types of education and training programs: the INCAP Apprenticeship Program (INCAP AP) for high schoolers and the INCAP Career Program (INCAP CP) for adults.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h3><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Grant<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Opportunity<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h3><p>Through a $150,000 grant from the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rmff.org\/\">Fundaci\u00f3n Richard M. Fairbanks<\/a>,\u00a0CEMETS iLab Indiana\u00a0is seeking a\u00a0regionally based\u00a0organization\u00a0to serve\u00a0as the INCAP Connector\u00a0<span data-contrast=\"auto\">for Region A. This region will\u00a0support local implementation of\u00a0the\u00a0INCAP\u00a0Apprenticeship Program\u00a0in\u00a0Jasper, La Porte, Lake, Newton, Porter, Pulaski, and Starke Counties.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h3><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Grantee Role<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h3><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\"><a href=\"https:\/\/indianacap.org\/about\/#connectors\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">INCAP Connectors<\/a> act as a regional bridge between statewide Industry Talent Associations (ITAs) and participating K-12 schools and students. Connectors establish relationships with schools and community-based organizations, help prepare students to apply for and start their INCAP program, and support student success during participation,
