For example,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rmff.us14.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=7bf6ec6a54e441c0cdb3a0fdd&amp;id=83f0fb8c38&amp;e=9dfba878d5\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">o<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/rmff.us14.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=7bf6ec6a54e441c0cdb3a0fdd&amp;id=afbf35955f&amp;e=9dfba878d5\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ver 25%<\/a>\u00a0of students in Marion County did not have access to high-speed internet in April 2020, leaving many struggling to continue their education when Indianapolis schools\u00a0shifted to remote learning.
